Add Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana to Your Caribbean Destination Bucket List

The Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is an adults-only all-inclusive resort in the affluent part of the Dominican Republic called Cap Cana. 

As of the date of this blog, a negative Covid-19 test is required for entry. 

After hearing a presentation about this resort, I booked a trip to see what all of the buzz was about! 

We were not disappointed!

The resort is constructed with luxury off-white limestone -- it exudes opulence from the moment you step onto the property. 

When traveling there -- be sure to book "Club Accommodations" this gives you access to the most premium of services such as private check-in, premium liquor, and late check-out, to name a few. 

We luxuriated in a swim-up suite. 

Ironically, I noticed that most people spent time at the infinity pools and the beach -- even though they had access to the pool directly off of their suite.

This resort boasts eight different full-size restaurants - from Polynesian to Caribbean cuisine. Delicious!

If you're into the party scene -- this resort is not for you. This resort primarily for mature, seasoned adult travelers (couples or singles) that want to disconnect, relax, and unwind. 

Alternatively, families can enjoy this resort on the family-friendly side called Hyatt Ziva! 

Nightly live shows are common, and in addition to that, around 8 pm, you'll hear melodic classical music being played throughout the resort to help you unwind and relax your mind. 

The staff members were accommodating and ready to please! You don't have to leave the resort for anything! All of your excursions, photography spa treatments and dining can be booked or accomplished onsite.

I live for a great spa experience -- and the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana did not disappoint!  

While you're there, be sure to book an excursion so that you can jump feet first into the Blue Hole!!! Tucked inside Scape Park, this "blue hole" cenote offers a refreshing swim in natural, cool spring waters in the Cap Cana area. Surrounded in lush rainforest, Hoyo Azul, approximately 14 meters (45 feet) in depth, sits at the foot of a 75-meter (246-foot) tall limestone cliff covered in vegetation.

Would I go back? Yes, in a heartbeat.
