Self-Confidence Led to the Release of FlightsInStilettos Magazine - Happy Launch Day!

I'm pleased to announce that today is the official release date for FlightsInStilettos Magazine!

I never imagined being a content creator to this degree. But here I am! Heck, I never imagined launching a beach towel line or being a bestselling published author. Life is funny like that.

Sure I have experienced my fair share of stumbling blocks and lost a few friends who were not used to the "new" me.

I kept going because after losing my mom in 2018, I experienced a tremendous shift -- and I see, value, and experience life, love, friendships, dreams, and aspirations differently.

So, keep going -- don't give up. When you learn to create goals for yourself and not for acceptance and popularity -- no one can steal the sweet victory from you when you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

Build up your self-confidence -- because I function in a world where I'm perfectly OK with whom I am, and I'm perfectly OK if you're not OK with who I am. This is important because I’m able to find the joy in what I do - even if you don’t. Whether I sell one magazine or a million — I already won — because I achieved my goal of getting it done.

My biggest cheerleader was my mom! I promise you if she were here, she'd be the chief writer for this magazine and would have loved every minute of it!

This issue is dedicated to the memory of my mom, Beverly Esther Carroll!
