Get To Know Crystal Shae, Co Author of "Broken, But Not For Gotten"

I had the pleasure of interviewing Crystal Shae-Barnwell who’s part of a tribe of powerful, impactful and inspiring women who teamed up together (under the guidance of best selling author and motivational speaker, Shannon Poshe Anderson) to write individual chapters for a book that will be released in mid September 2019 called “Broken, But Not Forgotten”.

Like many of us, Crystal had inspirations of being a published author and our co author project was the catalyst for getting us moving in that direction as a group toward our own unique greatness.

Have you always wanted to be a published author?

I've wanted to write a book for about 20 years, no joke. And have been journaling at least that long for my book... lol

What made you join Shannon Anderson's co-author group?

I attended a small event that Candace Holyfield hosted and Shannon was there dropping jewels and so I got her information that day. I met up with her after she told me about the project and thought, Yes...this would be a great opportunity to FINALLY get ‘er done.

What's the name of your chapter?

Know Your Status

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I’m a vegan chef and lifestyle coach and I must say that I obviously don’t work, because I love making food....and being that I’m an entrepreneurial mom of 6, ain’t much free time, but when I have it I loved having date night with my King (we’re not together right now.)

And I like having a movie night with the fam.

What is your favorite quote?

Everything is the way it should be, so love the way it is, but make it what you want ~Crystal Shae

How can my followers keep up with you? What are your social media handles?

I have a total of about 13k on all platforms.

I am @notjustaribbon in IG and Crystal Shae RAW on all others

Thank you so much Crystal Shae for this quick glimpse into your life and I can’t wait to read your chapter in our book Broken, But Not Forgotten.
